This is a great collection of recipes for the summer season! I especially liked the idea of using fresh grilled vegetables - they always add incredible seasoning to dishes. I remembered an evening with friends when we enjoyed an Argentine grilled asado and drank argentine mate. Such a contrast of flavors makes each dish unique.
