Fall Fermentation Workshops
Join us on the farm this November and December for hands-on fermentation workshops where you'll harvest fresh vegetables from our fields and learn to make traditional kimchi and sauerkraut.
Each workshop includes a guided farm tour, a deep dive into fermentation science, hands-on instruction, and all the supplies you need to take home your own ferment (jar, airlock, and recipes included). Light snacks and refreshments served.
Location: VRDNT Farm, Bastrop, TX (about 45 minutes east of downtown Austin)
Duration: 3 hours
Limited to 10-12 participants per workshop
Pricing: $100 per person | Bring a friend for +$30 (shares supplies)
