It's officially tomato season, hurray! Please note that you will receive tomatoes of different varieties at varying levels of ripeness. Please consult the below chart (click each tomato name for a link to more info) and get to know your tomatoes! All varieties should be stored on the counter top until ripe and ready to eat--the fridge makes them mealy!
